These special EMI application shielding components are made out of silicone elastomer. This provides good EMI shielding and weathering resistance. It’s available in various shell sizes, both in silver filled and silver coated copper filled variants. We produce molded conductive elastomer EMI gaskets in various sizes and shapes like Molded O- and D-rings, flat washers, Connector Gaskets, Interfacial MS connector seals Waveguide Gaskets .Tooling charges may be incurred for some parts. We also make custom EMI gaskets to fit practically any application. We optimize gasket designs for prototype development with complex geometries and shapes.
